Monday Music Club

Weaving melodies since 1976, the longest running music club in Leicester. Come down and join in on a Monday evening from 9pm to midnight. Play, sing or just listen to the local talent.

Darts & Cheese on a Tuesday

Our darts team night at The Black Horse. A sophisticated group who enjoy a treat of port and fromage at the end of a hard evening throwing arrows. You can enjoy the cheese without the darts if darts isn't your thing.

Easy Wednesdays

3pm to 7pm, visit an oasis of calm. Bring your crossword, book or classical CDs, have a drink, relax.

• No excessive noise, just fine classical music, easy jazz, light drone and some quiet banter to get away from it all.
• Cracking ales, a decent selection of wines and spirits, tea, coffee and light bites.
• Composer or Jazz artist of the week. Requests taken click here to ask for your favourite.

Thursday Open Mic

One of our most popular nights. Bring your own instruments or tickle the ivories on our house piano. If you just want to sing, bring a friend to accompany you or make a new friend with one of the regular musicians.

Or if you happen to perform a cappella in a barbershop quartet, then please do come along. That would be a first for us.
